It certainly a beautiful place. I've never made it east of Spain, myself. I did most of my travelling in Asia out of the port of San Francisco.
Now I'm wishing we had spent more time there. This pandemic has me feeling regretful about not traveling more.
Like Rousseau's "Emile" you need a "purpose" for travelling. I don't miss travelling so much as "getting out of the house". Having been in "quarantine" these past eight months has done nothing for my sense of "cabin fever".
...otherwise, as mr. ducky would say, travel is just so Rococo... ;)
